Northern Constabulary Police

The Lochaber area of the west Highlands is served by Northern Constabulary with the main Police Station located in Fort William. In the Highlands the Police are responsible for calling out the Mountain Rescue Team and an RAF helicopter when required. If you going into the hills, it is a good idea to leave your contact details with our local police or at the Glen Nevis Visitor Centre.
